Meet The Chef
Hello, my name is Jessica Daniels and welcome to my kitchen! At a young age I knew I wanted to be in kitchens. I am trained in French, Mediterranean, Caribbean, Italian, and American cuisines. After graduating from San Francisco State University in 2015, with a Bachelor's in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a minor in Nutrition, I joined the Loews Hotels in Coronado, CA as a lead cook. Doing high volume, fast paced, fine dining was exhilarating and amazing. With help from my mentor and college education, I was able to branch away and find my niche. I moved to Minnesota to go after my true passion of farm to table/ rustic fine dining cooking. I have worked in corporate offices doing catering for executives, I was a Food Coordinator for pubic schools, ran a Café in the Pacific Northwest, and have taken my skills into Healthcare Food Services. All of this is reflected in my private catering with healthy rustic farm to table menus. I am eager to share a meal, break bread, and teach others how to nourish their bodies using fresh ingredients.
